3.General Outline
3.1.Thesis Statement
Human right violation is a very big issue when it comes to human survival. In pursuit of this topic we decided to discuss the article #6 “You have rights no matter where you go” of the UN declaration of human rights because it is what we are experiencing right now. Being a foreigner may entail so many problems when it comes to settling down, enjoying basic human right and also accessing crucial opportunities for survival such as security, freedom and many other rights. Hence, to discuss this topic further we are going to tackle it by looking at this topic into three dimensions. We will discuss which rights have been able to be implemented in pursuit of this declaration. Furthermore, we will discuss the limitations imposed by various countries that jeopardize this declaration and most importantly the main factors that have caused the contradiction in the implementation of this article by different nations.

i. Fundamental rights are owed to persons as a matter of human dignity and should be honored no matter where the persons go.
ii. If non-citizens are willing to follow the country’s laws, they should be entitled to the same fundamental rights as everyone else in the country.

iv. International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
2. Second Panelist: “Recognition to the rights”

iii. We can gain education, enjoyment, healthcare, education & security
iv. Foreigners have to respect and follow the government policies and regulation of the local country they live in.
3. Third Panelist: “Contradiction to the rights”
i. Denial of the rights to citizenship.
This has become a big problem to foreigners in host nations making it difficult to seek employment and to enjoy some of citizens’ right such as security.
ii. Foreigners and right to equal treatment in job context.
Africa and Asian expatriates working in foreign countries are subjected to force labor and prostitution.
iii. Discrimination
Local communities and government mistreating non-citizens based on their appearance and religion.
