All appointments can be arranged by calling (562) 945-2618, Monday to Friday (except Holidays) between 0900 to 1700 Hours.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to fill in a health questionnaire and supply your personal details.

To cancel an appointment:

Please call on (562) 945-2618, during office hours and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can give that time to another patient.
